Cancellation & Refund Policy
As a service-based business, we do not offer returns. However, we understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged in full.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.
